| 摘 要： | 对农村高中英语教师自主发展现状的调查表明农村高中英语教师在自主发展方面存在意识不强，专业自我意识淡薄，缺乏明确目标和长远规划，自我发展能力较弱等问题。针对这些问题，从机制保障、学校支持和个人努力三个层面提出解决途径。

| Abstract: | The survey concerning senior middle school English teachers in rural Shaanxi shows that there exist such problems as the awareness of self-development among them being weak, self-awareness of one＇ s major being flimsy, and there being no definite objectives and a long-term goal, and self-development ability being scarce. In response to there questions, a solution is put forward in terms of mechanism guarantee, school support and individual efforts. |
