| 摘 要： | 实施创新驱动发展战略是我国新时期经济增长方式的必然选择,而创新资源共享机制问题是当前推进创新驱动发展战略实施的关键性因素。基于演化博弈理论的分析框架,在考虑创新资源共享过程中存在机会主义收益问题的基础上,首先研究纯市场模式下各创新主体资源共享的动态演化博弈规律,然后引入政府监管行为,建立各创新主体资源共享的演化博弈模型和动态决策方程;同时,运用Matlab对两种模式下的博弈轨迹进行数值模拟仿真,分析影响博弈系统演化过程和演化稳定的因素,进而提出相应的对策建议。
