| 摘 要： | 文章结合海南大学图书馆实施全面质量管理下地方文献编目质量的监控措施，阐述TQM下的编目质量管理体系、工作流程监控机制、质量审查与控制措施等，通过地方文献编目质量的持续改进机制，以ISO标准提升图书馆服务。

| Abstract: | Based on the supervise & control mechanism on the local document catalogue in the library of Hainan University, this paper discusses the quality management system on catalogue, supervise & control mechanism of operation flow, and censor method and control measure for catalogue quality. Using the standard of ISO and steadily improving the local document catalogue will improve the service quality of academic library. |
