| 摘 要： | 实验室资产是学校资产的重要组成部分。如何管理好实验室资产、合理有效地使用实验室资产是固定资产管理者们面临的重要问题。该文从实际工作出发,论述了资产管理中管理不善容易导致的一些问题以及改进措施,强调作为实验室资产管理者,一定要改变观念、提高认识,从建立和完善各项管理制度入手,逐渐探索出资产管理的新办法,进一步改进资产管理工作,使资产管理有帐可查、有章可循,充分利用和发挥各类资产的效能,为教学和科研服务。

| Abstract: | The property of teaching labs is important in universities.How to manage that properly for improving their utilization is an important problem for people who are managing the property.The problems resulting from the ill management of property are discussed in this paper,meanwhile some measures for solving the problems are introduced.Therefore,we need to reform and enhance our awareness to establish management systems,search an effective method of property management,such that utilization can be maximized to serve the teaching and researching activities better. |
