| 摘 要： | 英国高等教育经过800余年的不断改革与发展,已经在自主、自治的独立体系下形成了自主运行机制。英国高等教育发展的经验告诉我们:如果不允许各大学采取发展它们自己的基本政策,不允许它们有决定如何履行它们对社会的责任的余地,那么结果就是愚钝和平庸。这种观点对我们高等教育改革不无启迪作用。

| Abstract: | The English higher education has passed through 800 years of increasing reforms and development,the autonomous independent system has already formed the independent operational mechanism which is under higher education independent premise.The English higher education development experience tells us if various universities are not allowed to adopt their basic policy,to have decided how fulfills them to society's responsibility leeway,then the result is dull-witted and mediocre.This viewpoint has the inspiration to our higher education reform.This article exerts English higher education internal management system and operating pattern. |
