| 摘 要： | 中国开放教育要持续向前发展.必须建立国家课程开放的教学资源库,向世界介绍传播大国的科技文化知识,让世界人民了解中国渊远流长的文化.建立国家课程开放的教学资源库,探索一条与国外合作办学、整合共丰教育资源的新途径,必须抓好三大战略重点:坚持开放国家课程特色;强化国家课程质量,走内涵发展的道路,提升核心竞争力;坚持把人才作为建库第一重要的资源,吸引人才,促进各级各类人才协调发展.

| Abstract: | In order to maintain the sustainable development of open education in " the new era",China has to establish the open education resource base for national courses so as to spread the technological and cultural knowledge of China to the world,and let people all over the world know Chinese culture with its long and rich history.To establish the open education resource base for national courses,to search for a new way to run Sino-foreign joint schools and to integrate the shared education resources,three strategic priorities should be emphasized: to maintain the characteristics of the open national courses,to enhance the quality of national courses,to develop the open education resource base in a connotative way and to upgrade its core competence,to keep the talent as the most important resource for establishing the open education resource base,attract the talent and accelerate the coordinated development of the talents at different levels and of all kinds. |
