| 摘 要： | 本文针对新铁炮百合组织培养中不同的培养时间、培养目的要求,设计了8种培养基配方,筛选出适合叶片诱导不定芽方式增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,适合侧芽再生方式增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,培养基的琼脂均为6.5g/L,蔗糖30g/L,pH5.8.在1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L的培养基上生根,生根率100％,移栽成活率达93％.

| Abstract: | Eight kinds of media are designed for different purposes of tissue culture in Lilum congiforum X L. formosanum. The results show that Ms + 6-BA3.0mg/L + NAA0.2mg/L and Ms + 6 - B A 2.0 mg/L 4- NAA0.2mg/L are the best media for adventitious buds induction from leaf and regeneration of lateral buds, respectively. 1/2 Ms + IBA0.5mg/L is a suitable medium for rooting of Lilum congiforum X L. formosanum. The agar, sucrose and pH are 6.5g/L, 30g/L and 5.8 respectively. The rooting rate is 100%, and the survial success is 93%. |
