和谐团队的哲学研究:基于解构主义思维

摘    要:从团队理论与实践的现实问题出发,把解构主义的哲学理念和社会运行机制的分析方法引入到对团队问题的研究当中,提出了和谐团队的概念及其四个价值目标,剖析了和谐团队的核心价值与若干运行机制,并描述了其特征和理论形态,探讨了和谐团队研究的新范式和建制路径问题。

Abstract:Based on the team theories and practice,the article introduces the Deconstruction and analytical methods of social mechanism to the research of team.The article proposes the idea of Harmonious Team and its four targeted values.The article analyzes the core value of Harmonious Team and its several operating mechanisms.The article describes theoretical appearance and features of Harmonious Team.The article explores new forms of Harmonious Team research and discuses the problems of its organizing.
