| 摘 要： | 随着中国银行业的对外开放,越来越多的外资金融机构入股中资金融机构,促进了国内银行业的股权改革与市场运作。当前,外资入股比例和交易金额逐步升高,入股金融机构多元化,方式多样化,由单纯的战略投资者转变为企业管理者。中国银行业应确定合理的资本价格,明确存款人的风险承担主体,加强对外资入股行为的监管。

| Abstract: | When Chinese banking continually opening to the outside world,more and more foreign financial organizations become shareholders of Chinese banking institutes.It has promoted shareholding reform and market running of domestic banking.The current situation is that the rate of foreign share and the volume of trade are gradually increasing,the foreign investing institute and the ways by which the foreign fund purchasing the stock are become variety.The foreigners have transferred to business managers rather than just strategic investors.Chinese banking should establish reasonable capital price,define the risk bearer of the depositors,and strengthening the supervision of the behavior of the foreign investing activities. |
