高职院校单招学生学业情绪的干预研究

摘    要:为改善高职院校单招学生学业情绪状况,以自我效能感理论及情绪ABC理论为基础制订团体辅导方案。随机招募单招学生组成实验组和对照组,运用干预方案对实验组进行干预。结果显示:团体辅导后,实验组在积极学业情绪两个维度上都得到了显著的提高,消极高唤醒学业情绪显著减少;实验组的积极学业情绪体验要显著高于对照组,消极学业情绪体验要显著低于对照组。可见,团体辅导对改善单招学生的学业情绪具有较好的效果。

Intervention Study on the Academic Emotion of Independent-recruited Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:In order to improve the academic emotional status of independent-recruited students in higher vocational colleges,group counseling programs are formulated based on the self-efficacy theory and emotional ABC theory.Independent-recruited students are randomly recruited to form experimental groups and control groups,and intervention programme is used to intervene in the experimental group.The results showed that after group counseling,the experimental group improved significantly in both dimensions of the positive academic emotion and the negative high-wake academic emotion decreased significantly,and the positive academic emotion experience in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group,and the negative academic emotion experience is significantly lower than that of the control group.It can be seen that group counselling has a better effect on improving the academic emotion of independent-recruited students.
