| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育体制改革不断深入，使得高校的各项收费渠道变得越来越多元化，这就容易滋生一些收费问题。高校要加强相关的票据管理工作，因为它在整个高校财务管理中有着举足轻重的作用。但是，当前我国高校票据管理工作中还存在着一些管理的瓶颈问题，急需解决。本文将针对这些管理瓶颈提出一些有针对性的突破举措，以期能够进一步规范高校收费行为，健全高校财务制度，强化高校内部财务监督，从而使得高校票据管理工作愈发规范化和合理化，并进一步提高高校整体财务管理水平。

| Abstract: | The deep-going higher education system reform causes the channels of fee collection varied, which may easily cause some problems. Colleges should strengthen the receipt management, since it is fatally important in the entire financial management. However, the current receipt management in higher education has its bottleneck urgent to be solved. This paper proposes some break-through measures in the light of the management bottleneck, expecting to further regulate the fee-recruiting behavior, perfect the finance system, enhance internal financial supervision, thus to make the receipt management more standard and reasonable, and further more improve the college finance management as a whole. |
