| 摘 要： | 银行业受收益高低的影响,在近代经历了两次大的资金运作重心转移:前一次是在一战前后由商业流通领域向工业企业倾斜;后一次是1920年代末以后向企业、保险、证券等业投资,形成混业趋向.通过转变,银行资金运作重心越来越靠近产业,但对产业资本的形成作用是有限的.

| Abstract: | Influenced by the profits,the banking experienced two major diversions of the center of gravity for the funds operation in modern times.The previous one was the investment incline from the commercial circulation field to the industrial enterprises during World War I;the latter one was the investment in undertakings,insurance,negotiable securities etc,all of which,after the end of the 1920s,had formed the trend of intermixed industry.The key to the banking funds operation was getting more and more close to the industry by the conversion,but the effect on the form of the industrial assets was limited. |
