| 摘 要： | 针对国内体育院系本科篮球普修课程中常规教学法对技战术运用能力培养不足的问题，依据国外先进的“领会教学法”理念，设计“短周期、多循环教学法”，实验结果证明，该教学法能够促进学生有效掌握技术动作与战术方法的同时，也能够有效促进学生技战术运用能力的发展，对全面发展篮球技战术教学方法有一定的参考价值。
