| 摘 要： | 本文从分析国内企业面临的新挑战及不足入手,以“知识与学习”为视角,研究中国企业全球学习战略的思路和架构,它由基于国内市场的互动型学习战略和基于国外市场的本土化学习战略构成。从这两个方向展开,系统地设计互动型学习战略与本土化学习战略的层次、内涵以及动态实施流程。并提出构建全球学习机制、实现内外向战略协同与全球知识共享的新观点。

| Abstract: | Starting with the analysis of the new challenge which domestic enterprises encounter and their existing problems, from a perspective of ″knowledge and learning", the paper studies the thinking and framework of Chinese enterprises' global learning strategy, which is composed of the interactive learning strategy based on domestic market and the localized learning strategy based on international market. Then the paper spreads its elaboration in two aspects as interactive and localized learning strategies, systematically designs the connotation, individual layer and dynamic implementation process of the two learning strategies. Finally, it proceeds to put forward a new viewpoint about the mechanism of global learning organization and the realization of inward-outward strategic synergy and global knowledge sharing. |
