论教育的激励结构

摘    要:中华民族是一个十分重视教育的民族,但在社会中教育与科学理论和技术的关联性并不高,这与现代教育经济学的研究结论不相一致,经济学研究表明,其原因在于我国古代教育的激励结构。目前我国教育的激励结构仍存在问题,这是素质教育难以实行的根本原因。改革教育的激励结构,就需要改革高考制度,扩大各个高校的自主招生权。

Abstract:The Chinese people is a people who pays great attention to education. But in the long feudal time, the relationship between education and science was not clear, which does not correspond to the theory of economics of education. Study conducted in the economics shows that the reason lied in the encouragement structure of feudal education .The author holds that the encouragement structure now still hinders the development of our education and it is the main reason why quality education can not be carried out in China. If we want to change the encouragement structure of education, we should change the system of entrance examination to universities and colleges, in the meanwhile give more enrolment right to the universities and colleges.
