| 摘 要： | 中小企业在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用。核心竞争力是使企业保持长期竞争优势的能力。加入WTO将使我国中小企业在世界范围内面临更加激烈的市场竞争，我国中小企业迫切需要构建核心竞争力。本文在对企业核心竞争力理论认识的基础上，通过对我国中小企业现状进行分析，提出构建中小企业核心竞争力的对策。

| Abstract: | Small and mid-sized enterprises play an important role in nation economy. Core competition power is the ability by which the enterprises remain highly competitive in a long run. After China's entrance into WTO, small and mid-sized enterprises faced intense competition on national and international markets. So it is urgently essential for them to build up their core competitive power. Based on the realization of the theories of core competition power of enterprises, the paper analyzed the current situation of small and mid-sized enterprises of China and put forward measures to build up the core competition power of them. |
