| Abstract: | This paper deals with how to establish a first-class higher vocational college.Combined with the practice in running Yangzhou Polytechnic College,it argues that it's necessary to persist in the scientific developmental viewpoint and systematically promote the construction from eight aspects,including orientation for setting up a college.Only by accomplishing the mentioned above can we manage to train the technical personnel with high level,high quality and high ability so as to found a satisfying college. |
