| 摘 要： | 随着我国高职教育从单纯的规模扩张进入内涵式发展的重要时期,人们对高职教育质量保障的关注持续升温,高职教育质量保障成为重要话题。学校是教育教学质量的第一责任主体,伴随学校办学自主权的扩大,高职院校要强化质量意识,加强质量保障体系的建设,应从高职院校教育质量内部保障着手。高职院校教育质量内部保障对促进高职院校内涵式发展、寻求内在创新和质量提升具有重要意义。目前,我国高职院校教育质量内部保障主要面临着理念保障、输入保障、过程保障和输出保障四个层面的困境。因此,从这四个层面提出高职院校教育质量内部保障的优化策略。

| Abstract: | As the development of higher vocational education in China has transformed from simple scale expansion into an important period of connotation, people pay more and more attention to the quality assurance of higher vocational education, and it has become an important topic. Schools are the first responsible subject of education and teaching quality.With the expansion of school autonomy, higher vocational colleges should start with the internal assurance of education quality to intensify the quality consciousness and strengthen the construction of quality assurance system. The internal assurance of education quality in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to promote the connotation development of higher vocational colleges, and to seek inner innovation and quality improvement. At present, the internal assurance of education quality of higher vocational colleges in China is mainly faced with the dilemma of concept guarantee, input guarantee, process guarantee and output guarantee.Therefore, this paper proposes an optimization countermeasures for the internal assurance of the quality of education in higher vocational colleges from these four aspects. |
