整合性心理拓展课程对高职学生情绪管理的影响

摘    要:整合性的心理拓展课程对于高职学生提升自我效能感和情绪管理能力具有重要的影响。在湖北某高职院校新生中随机抽样选出了110名自愿者作为实验组和对照组,实验组接受一学年56学时的心理课程,对照组不接受任何干预。在干预前、后使用自我接纳问卷、自我效能感量表和大学生情绪管理能力问卷对两组学生进行对比测试。结果表明两组干预前差异不显著,干预后差异显著;实验组在自我接纳、自我效能感和情绪管理能力较干预前有显著提高,而对照组则呈现负向改变趋势。整合了拓展训练与团体辅导两者优势的心理拓展课程,能显著提升高职学生的自尊、自我效能感和情绪管理能力,促进其健康发展。

Influence of Integrated Psychological Development Curriculum on Emotion Management Ability in Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract:The integrated psychological development Curriculum has an important impact on the improvement of general self-efficacy and emotional management ability of higher vocational students.110 volunteers were randomly selected from medical freshmen in a higher vocational college in Hubei Province as the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received a 56-hour psychological development Curriculum in 1 academic year,while the control group did not receive any intervention.Before and after the interventions,students from the two groups were tested by using self-acceptance questionnaire and general self-efficacy scale and emotion management questionnaire for college students.The results showed that the difference between the two groups was not significant before intervention,but significant after intervention.In the experimental group,The self-acceptance,self-efficacy and emotional management ability in students were significantly increased after the intervention,while in the control group,a negative change was noted.Psychological development Curriculum that integrate the advantages of outward bound and group counseling can result in significantly improved self-esteem and self-efficacy and emotion management ability in higher vocational college students and promote their healthy development.
