| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师是高校教育骨干及后备力量,是学校教学、科研的重要力量,是影响高校能否持续发展的重要因素,正确认识这一群体的工作状态,发展状态与利益诉求的状况,并据此建立合理、完善的激励机制,是促进青年教师健康发展的关键所在。本文以天津市高校青年教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查法收集资料,分析了影响高校青年教师工作状态、发展状态和利益诉求的现状和原因,并在此基础上提出参考性建议。

| Abstract: | Young university teachers play an important role in college teaching and scientific research and are the key factors which affect the sustainable development of universities.A rational and perfect motivation mechanism based on correctly understanding their life,development and interests can make their career successful.This paper took university young teachers in Tianjin as an example and analyzed these issues. |
