| 摘 要： | “群体性事件”是新的历史条件下人民内部矛盾的突出表现,其产生有政治、经济、文化以及政府管理等多方的原因。科学解决“群体性事件”关系到社会主义和谐社会的建立,也是对政府施政水平的检验。为此,从当前“群体性事件”发展现状入手,结合构建和谐社会的政治理念,探求这一问题衍生的根源,并提出一些基本对策。

| Abstract: | "Group event" is the prominent manifestation of the contemporary people's internal contradictions,and it originates from various political,economical,and cultural as well as government administrative reasons.Scientific handling for the problem is inextricably intertwined with the building-up of socialist harmonious society,and also serves as a vital test for the government administrative level.The article starts from the current scenario on "group event",discusses some basic leads to further fundamental measures. |
