缝隙封装天线近场特性的仿真研究

摘    要:主要针对一种弯曲迂回缝隙封装天线的近场特性进行研究。集成的缝隙天线在封装腔中的辐射电场分布可以通过HFSS仿真得到。采用在封装内设置均匀孔栅的方法,抑制这种辐射电场。在设置孔栅结构以后,不仅减小了集成天线对腔内器件的电磁干扰,而且提高了天线的辐射效率。仿真结果表明,弯曲缝隙天线有很好的性能,封装腔内的电场强度下降了10 dB,同时使得天线的增益增加了1.5 dB。

Abstract:The research focuses on the near-field characteristics of a meander slot package antenna. The distributions of the electric field in the package cavity are simulated by HFSS. Using via fences in the package, the radiated electric field in the package cavity is suppressed. Simulation results show that the electric field in the package cavity decreased 10 dB, and the gain of the proposed antenna increased 1.5 dB.
