| 摘 要： | 通过对中国转型经济民营企业数据的本土化研究,探讨了环境特征对民营企业战略导向选择的影响。研究结果表明:当民营企业面临的环境复杂程度较高时,企业倾向于选择前瞻者战略,较少选择防御者战略和反应者战略;当民营企业所处的环境变化较快时,企业较少选择前瞻者战略;民营企业选择分析者战略受环境特征影响不显著。该结论是民营企业战略选择研究的本土化延续,它在综合前人研究成果的基础上细化并深入探讨了该问题背后的情景因素和理论原因。

| Abstract: | The study discusses the affection of environmental characteristics of Chinese private enterprises on strategic direction in transition economies.The results show that: when private enterprises are faced on more complexity environment,they will tend to choose prospector strategy,and not to choose defender strategy and reactor strategy.When the private firm’s environment changes more rapidly,the enterprises won’t choose prospector strategy;the affection of environmental characteristics on strategic choice of private enterprise is not significant.This conclusion has the important meaning in the theory and the practice. |
