摘    要:教学反思从另一角度切入,以反思学生的学习动机、学习行为、学习效果为根据,从而改进教师的激发策略,变更引导方式,指点创新途径,如此,就能在原有的基础上,更加有效地提高学生的学科素养和教师的专业水平。

Abstract:In the background of the new curriculum reform some problems become conspicuous, such as the defect and narrowness in the training function of the teacher continuing education, the deviation from the modern educational ideas in the way of training, the backward assessing system, the contradiction between working and training and so on. So it is most important to adapt the requirement of the new curriculum reform and to compre- hensively improve teachers' abilities and levels.
