| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨基于GoWeb及PubMed分析医学期刊研究热点。【方法】以哮喘机制研究为例，利用GoWeb自动生成高频次名词术语及其年发表分布特征初步归纳研究热点，再利用PubMed检索国际权威期刊发表的相关论文年度分布特征来评价初步归纳的研究热点的准确性，最后对未涵盖在初步归纳的研究热点范围内的研究内容进一步行GoWeb分析并预测研究发展趋势。【结果】哮喘机制的研究热点主要集中在免疫学及气道重塑两大热点，表观遗传学有望成为哮喘机制研究的新热点。将GoWeb与PubMed结合能准确捕获研究热点及预测其发展趋势。【结论】将GoWeb与PubMed结合为医学期刊编辑掌握相关学科领域的研究热点及发展趋势提供了简单有效可行的方法。
