| 摘 要： | 在当前期刊刊名的商标意识淡薄且商标注册量不足的情况下,对期刊刊名的商标权保护显得十分重要。期刊刊名的商标权保护,必须在界划期刊刊名登记与期刊商标权注册的不同主管部门和不同法律效力的基础上,综合运用《商标法》、《反不正当竞争法》以及版权保护等法律路径,同时也考虑期刊刊名注册商标的特殊性。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the recent journal title trademark registration,this thesis suggests that the journal titles registered from different agencies have different legal forces and legal liabilities.The paper emphasizes the importance of journal title trademark registration and suggests that the journal title registration is the necessary way of journal development. |
