| 摘 要： | 克里普克关于后验必然命题的论证基于“专名是严格指示词”这样一个前提，而“专名是严格指示词”只是一种模态直觉的结果，也就是说这样一个前提是先验的。这样一来，也就使得克里普克的后验必然命题具有了先验的性质。

| Abstract: | Kripke＇s demonstration of posteriori and necessary propositions was based on such a premise that the proper names are rigid designators. Nevertheless, that the proper names are rigid designators is only a conclusion of a sort of modal intuition, that is to say, the premise is transcendental. Therefore, Kripke＇s posteriori and necessary propositions are of transcendental characteristic. |
