| 摘 要： | 信息资源开放利用是解决图书馆在现代网络环境下逐渐被边缘化的重要途径之一,是实践图书馆泛在服务的重要基础和手段。文章在对信息资源开放利用的层次、类型、关键技术和在语义网中的地位进行分析和研究的基础上,指出信息资源开放利用将在以下几个方面改变图书馆的未来:信息资源建设的泛在化、信息服务平台的泛在化和信息服务对象的泛在化。

| Abstract: | In the modern network environment,the open utilization of information resources is an important way to solve the problem of marginalization of the libraries.and an important basis and tool to realize library’s ubiquitous services.In this paper,based on the analysis and research on the open utilization of information resources of the level,type,key technologies and the status of the Semantic Web network,the authors pointed out that the open utilization of information resources will change the library in the following aspects in future:ubiquitous information resources construction,ubiquitous information services platforms and ubiquitous information services object. |
