| 摘 要： | 知识转移是转移主体、转移内容和转移媒介要素在特定环境中相互作用的复杂过程。以此,文章结合图书馆知识转移的内涵,针对图书馆数字参考咨询知识转移一般过程进行剖析,并构建其模型,以期提升图书馆参考咨询服务能力。
