| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,在2010年山西省大学生足球比赛中通过对山西所有参加比赛的高校足球运动队的招生体制、管理体系、教练员业务水平、运动员文化学习、训练经费、训练安排、训练设施等方面进行详细分析、研究,阐述山西省高校足球运动队的发展现状,分析山西省高校足球运动队发展过程中存在的问题及影响其发展的因素,并对发展对策进行了分析。

| Abstract: | With the methodsof literature expert interview,questionnaire,and other means,the paper studies the 2010 College Students’ Football Games of Shanxi Province about the football teams’ admissions system,management system,coach level.Athletes’ culture study,training funds,training arrangement,training facilities in detail,and analyzes the current conditions of football teams in Shanxi province and their developing problems and influencing factors,then put forward some developing tactics. |
