| 摘 要： | 在调查高校图书馆机构设置改革现状的基础上，分析基于传统模式作少量改动的机构设置、基于借阅合一和网络环境的机构设置、基于新老校区或若干院校合并的机构设置中存在的问题，提出当前高校图书馆机构设置的四个原则:扁平化原则、弹性化原则、有效沟通原则、提高效率原则以及两种机构设置模式构想。
