| 摘 要： | 从人口基数上看,我国是体育人力资源大国,但竞技体育人力资本却极为稀缺。通过运用人力资本投资理论来考察竞技体育人力资本投资的全过程,包括其特征及激励机制,并进一步探讨我国竞技体育人力资本稀缺的深层理论根源。

| Abstract: | While China is a country with the largest population in the world,she is often faced with the paradox between scarcity of human capital and abundance of human resource.The scarcity of competition athletic human capital(CAHC)is a key example of such a serious problem.This article aims at using human capital investment theory to describe the trait and incentive of CAHC investment and exploring the deep causes of the problem. |
