| 摘 要： | 查阅了1990年以来中文体育期刊中有关游泳运动科学化管理方面的相关文献，走访调查了国家队的相关情况。分析了国内外游泳运动科学管理体制的优劣；并指出我国目前的管理体制存在的主要问题：管理模式的滞后、制约了运动寿命、影响了后备人才的发展等。提出了针对备战2008年北京奥运会，且适合我国国情的管理模式与方法。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and studies the merits and demerits of the scientific management of swimming both at home and abroad through consulting all the Chinese periodicals,works,and relevant foreign literature on sports,professional swimming,and swimming management published since 1990.The authors investigate and make personal visits to the national swimming team,and point out the major problem of the managerial system in China is that the system lags behind the times,which conditions the athletes' years of service and impinges on the reserves.The authors present their views on a system of training for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games,a system conforming to the actual situations of China. |
