商务英语信函写作的七C原则及技巧

摘    要:在实用英语的写作教学过程中,商务英语信函写作一直是教学的重点和难点。本文通过详细的例证,深入阐释了商务英语信函写作中应该遵循的特有的基本原则,即礼貌、体贴、完整、清楚、简洁、具体、和准确,进一步探讨和揭示了此类写作中的理论依据及写作技巧。

Abstract:Business letter writing is always playing a very important role in the teaching process of practical English writing. Besides, it is a difficult part for the students to learn to write. For the purpose of an effective business letter, some specific writing principles should be applied. They are: consideration, completeness, correctness, concreteness, conciseness, clarity and courtesy. Through detailed illustrations, the fundamental principles of business letter writing were revealed and explored together with some theoretical bases and writing skills.
