| Abstract: | As a living example,the project of the study of the modeling synthesis of coesite in the Earth's crust and its formation mechanism'has been used to prove that the reform of appraisal system and the working out of non-common understanding project policy for NSFC have maximally encouraged and promoted the original cre- ativity in fundamental research. |
