| 摘 要： | 权力腐败、社会性腐败有其千百年的文化根源。其一 ,中国式的宗法血亲族制孕育的社会伦理 ,是培植社会腐败的人情化土壤 ,它造致社会自下而上的情礼网络、亲缘圈子和人情行为。其二 ,“官本位”价值准则引导的功利心理 ,是孳生权力腐败的基本动力 ,它具有异化权力、浸淫人性的巨大功能。其三 ,“酒色财气”这种旧时代的陈腐人生哲学和生活方式在新时期依然传承着 ,它诱发腐败的享乐欲望。

| Abstract: | Power corruption and social corruption have their thousand-year-old cultural root. First, the social morality bred by Chinese patriarchal clan system is the human relationship sail for social corruption, which produces human relationship and favour network, kinship circle and favour-involred behavior. Second, fame and favor-oriented psychology determined by the value principle of “official rank standard” is the primary motive force of power and deteriorating human nature. Third, the decayed life philosophy of “wine, women, wealth and fountune” still exists nowdays. It lures the corruption merry-seeking desire. |
