| 摘 要： | 在回顾现代政策科学发展历程,系统分析其两个基本范式得失利弊的基础上,借鉴我国关于技术科学体系结构的最新研究成果,提出现代政策科学学科体系新架构的基本设想,初步探讨这一工作的重要意义,并展望政策科学未来的主要发展方向。 |

| Abstract: | This paper looks back on the progress of policy sciences and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its two basic paradigms systematically.Based on these conclusions,by utilizing our latest research accomplishment about the system scheme of technological sciences,the paper proposes the basic thought of the new system scheme of modern policy sciences,probes into the important significance of this study preliminarily,and prospects the future main developing directions of policy sciences. |
