| 摘 要： | 论述了高校国有资产管理实务中存在的问题，指出全面理解高校国有资产内涵是实施资产统一管理的前提，资产分类的歧义性导致资产管理帐目混乱，存货资产粗放式管理是资产管理的薄弱环节，不良资产清理是资产管理工作的难点。文章提出了一些解决问题的方法，旨在提高资产管理水平和效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper,author analyzes the problems in university and college property management business,pointing out that fully understanding the connotation of university and college state property is the premise of implementing unity management of the property,differences in the property classification leads its confusion in accounting management,existing stock property's extensive management is the weak point of property management and the removal of bad property is the difficult point of property management.The author puts forward some resolutions,aiming at improving the benefit and property management level. |
