| 摘 要： | 乒乓球教学对于“国球”文化的传承具有重要的意义。但是，乒乓球器材的多元性、技术的复杂性和打法的多样性决定了传统教学方法和手段的局限性。多媒体信息技术的诞生为乒乓球技术教学方法和手段的改革提供了可能。本文以宁乡实验中学2011届体育高考生乒乓球专项学生为实验对象，运用视频教学手段对学生的正手攻球、推挡侧身攻和搓球起板等乒乓球技术的学习进行实验对比研究，通过实验组和对照组的实验结果进行对比发现：视频手段可以激发学生的学习兴趣、发挥学生的主体作用、提高动作技术的学习效果。
