| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等，对中学田径教学进行研究分析。研究结果表明，田径运动由于其项目的特征和教师观念的制约，现行的中学田径教学改革滞后，“重竞技、轻娱乐、重身体、轻心理”的思想仍存在。而且，教学实践中存在“内容单调、竞技化、方法和手段单一落后、评价体系落后”等。结论指出转变教师教学理念、优化田径课教学内容、创新教学方法和手段、优化教学评价体系等改革措施。 |
