| 摘 要： | 当前存在的退役运动员就业问题不仅关系着我国竞技体育的可持续发展，更关系着我国建设体育强国目标的顺利实现。研究发现，我国退役运动员的就业困难主要有三大表现：退役运动员整体表现就业困难，形式越来越严峻；偏门项目运动员就业更为困难，诸如体操项目、跳水、皮划艇、摔跤、举重等大众普及比较低的项目；伤病运动员就业或工作均较为困难，我们一方面应该重视退役伤病运动员的就业问题，另一方面应该重视现役运动员的身体健康问题。
