| 摘 要： | 为促进现代信息技术在普通高校公共体育教学中应用，对多媒体网络技术在普通高校公共体育教学中应用的可行性进行了深入分析，并以《乒乓球》多媒体网络课件的教学设计为例，详细阐述了体育多媒体网络课件开发与制作的教学理念与设计思路、构建方法与流程以及结构设计与功能。为促进学生自主学习与高校公共体育教学改革搭建平台，以期取得良好的教学效果。
