| Abstract: | By means of graphic measurement and literature review,this paper analyzes the technique of left side support in shot putting from the angle of anatomy and biomechanics and tries to explore the left side support's positive factors to achieve better results,thus to clarify the importance of left side support in the final explosion of shot putting. |
