| 摘 要： | 公共体育设施是建设全民健身体系的重要硬件，是人民群众参与公共体育服务和促进公共体育交流的平台，更是展示城市文化形象的重要窗口。笔者在2010年对湖北省恩施城区最具代表性的大小27处公共体育设施现状进行了实地考察，归纳了恩施城区公共体育设施的布局特点及使用现状。研究指出：加强对恩施城区公共体育设施专项规划是当前最为迫切的任务；为更好传承恩施民族传统体育文化，实施少数民族体育设施大众化规划也是一条可以选择的道路。 |
