| 摘 要： | 民族性是非民族地方院校保持办学特色和优势的重要渠道,也是高校在激烈竞争的形势下生存与发展的需要,更是促进民族地区经济社会发展的迫切要求.丽水学院必须采取切实有效的措施来培植办学的民族性特色,进一步明确办学的路子,使民族教育更好地为当地经济建设和人民群众的富裕文明服务;坚持优先办好民族师范类专业,尽快提高民族教师队伍的水平;充分发挥高校人才优势,加强民族文化的抢救、挖掘和建设工作,丰富中华民族文化瑰宝;加强民族方面教学科研人才培养和梯队建设,加快民族文化科研队伍的建设,为学校办学民族特色建设提供人才保障;加强少数民族招生工作,为办学民族特色建设提供稳定可靠的生源.

| Abstract: | Developing nationality features is not only an important way to conserve local universities' features and advantages,but also the necessity for its development and existence in the severe compitition between the universities.What's more,it meets the demand for the development of local economy.We should insure the university's educational principle and take effective measures to develop nationality features of the local universities so that nationality education can serve the local people better.The highest priority of the university should be given to nationality education majors to improve the quality of the nationality teachers.We must make full use of the personal resources of universities to strengthen the rescue and construction of nationality culture to enrich the chinese culture.At the same time,we should provide further study for the young nationality teachers and researchers so that there will be enough resources for nationality construction.Last but not least,enough minority nationality should be recruited students to assure the development of nationality features. |
