| 摘 要： | 企业作为市场经济的主体，扮演着“经济人”和“道德人”的双重角色，其行为对社会、资源、生态环境等产生重大影响，企业理应承担生态责任。企业承担生态责任既有经济价值又有伦理价值。通过企业自身、政府和社会的力量，可以增强企业的生态责任。

| Abstract: | Enterprises as the main body of a marketing - economy play a double roles of Economic Man and Moral Man, and their behavior have a significant impact on the society, resources ,the ecological environment .The enterprises should take on ecological responsibility. Enterprises taking on ecological responsibility can bring the society economic as well as ethical values. On the own of enterprise, government and the community＇s enterprise can enhance their ecological responsibility. |
