| 摘 要： | 新农村建设一直是“三农”问题的工作重点。当前新农村建设取得了一些成就，同时也存在一些问题。因此，我们必须把科学发展观贯彻始终并极力体现在新农村建设的各种工作中，这样才能确保我国的新农村建设沿着正确的方向又好又快发展，步入一个崭新的台阶。
