| 摘 要： | 课程建设与课堂教学构成学校教育的主要内容，而其中必不可少的决定性因素，就是教师队伍的状况。在师资队伍建设中，以特级教师、学科带头人为代表的名师队伍建设具有不可忽视的战略意义和引领示范效应。上海师大附中高度关注有个性的教师队伍建设，目的正在于造就一批有高尚师德和学术造诣的、具有鲜明教学风格的名师群体。通过课程建设，通过课堂教学的改革与探究，上海师大附中形成了具有学校特色的选拔与培养机制，在教师发展中发挥着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Curriculum Construction and Classroom Teaching constitute the focal contents of school education, of which the indispensable and deciding factor is faculty team. In the construction of teacher teams, star teachers, represented by teachers of special grade and academic leaders, are of significant strategic meaning and demonstrative effects. The High School Attached to Shanghai Normal University attaches great importance to the construction of a teacher team of character, hoping to create a star - teacher group in possession of noble ethics and academic achievements as well as characteristic teaching styles. Through its curriculum construction, classroom teaching reform and exploration, the High School Attached to Shanghai Normal University has established its unique mechanism for teacher selection and training, playing a central role in the development of teachers. |
