| 摘 要： | 雅典民主政治是世界历史上一次成功的直接民主实践,其主要特点是公民集体决策。群体决策一方面体现了直接民主,另一方面也暴露了直接民主内在的局限性,这实际上是人性的弱点和人自身能力的局限使然。因此,我们在肯定古代民主的积极一面的同时,也不能忽略民主政治消极的一面;真理并不总是掌握在多数人手里,直接民主也有可能发展为多数人的暴政。

| Abstract: | Athenian democracy is a successful practice of direct democracy in world history,whose main characteristic is mass decision-making.Although mass decision-making represents direct democracy,it has its internal defects.In fact,the sources for the defects lie in the weakness of human nature and the limitation of human capability.Therefore,when we eulogize Athenian democracy,we can't overlook its defects.The truth is not always held by the majority.Direct democracy might develop into mob politics. |
