| 摘 要： | 对目前国内高职院校图书馆经费来源和经费的监督管理现状进行了分析,并借鉴国外先进的经费监督管理经验,提出只有建立有效的高职院校图书馆经费监督机制,才能保证图书馆事业的健康、和谐、持续、快速发展。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present condition of the source, management and supervision of the funds of libraries in vocation institutions of higher learning, and by using the advanced experience about funds management and supervision of other countries for reference, the paper puts forward a proposal that only the effective mechanism of funds management and supervision of libraries in vocation institutions of higher learning is established can it is ensured that the libraries cause develops soundlv, stablv and raoidily. |
